Discover Card offers additional savings for spring
Spring is officially here! While some parts of the country are thawing out from a cold hard winter, others are already enjoying sunshine and warmer weather the spring season brings with it. With summer just around the corner, home improvement projects or having to shop for summer clothes can no longer be procrastinated. To help get you excited for those long hours in the yard or by the pool, Discover Card offers additional savings on purchases made at home improvement centers, lawn and garden centers, department stores and clothing stores.
Beginning April 1st, 2008 and running through June 30th, 2008, Discover Card is offering a 5% cash back bonus on its Cash Back Bonus category for home and fashion purchases. Discover Card’s Cash Back Bonus categories change four times a year and allow cardholders to earn cash back bonuses on top categories like travel, home, gas, restaurants, movies and more. The reward category coincides closely with the purchases you make during that time of year allowing you to earn the most with your Discover Card use.
Every time you use your Discover credit card between April 1st and June 30th, you’ll earn a 5% cash back bonus on all your purchases up to $400. Any other purchases made during this time will still earn 1% cash back with no limit or restrictions on the amount you can earn. You must be a Discover More cardholder to participate in the Cash Back Bonus program. A Discover More card includes the following list of credit cards from Discover.
