GM Card Earnings extended to include Saturn vehicles
General Motors announced yesterday that rewards earned with the GM Card or the GM Flexible Earnings Card can now be redeemed for use towards the lease or the purchase of a new Saturn vehicle. In the past, rewards could only be redeemed on leases or purchases of eligible vehicles from Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and Hummer.
Having launched 5 new products in the past 24 months, Saturn offers the freshest line-up in the auto industry. Jill Lajdziak, general manager of Saturn said, “We’re very excited to be able to offer potential Saturn customers another valuable tool when making their purchase decision. Our Cardmembers have asked for this and we’re responding.”
Cardholders of the GM Card and GM Flexible Earnings Card earn rebates towards new vehicle leases or purchases. The GM Flexible Earnings Card offers 3% earnings towards a new vehicle or 1% cash back on every purchase you make. There are currently almost 6 million cardholders and over 5 million vehicles have been leased or purchased using Earnings. The GM Card and GM Flexible Earnings Card are issued by HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A., one of the nation’s largest issuers of private-label and general-purpose credit cards. The GM Cards can be used anywhere MasterCard® is accepted and has no annual fee.
